Pickell Ferguson Law provides legal services primarily in the areas of real estate, wills and estate planning, business and corporate law, estate administration and powers of attorney.
Norman Pickell founded the Law Firm in 1981. Prior to that, Norman practiced law with another Goderich law firm after being called to the Bar in 1974. Norman retired from the law firm in fall 2024.
Michael Ferguson joined the Law Firm in May 2018 as an Articling Student. Michael became a practicing lawyer with the Firm upon his Call to the Bar in June 2019. Michael took over the law firm upon Norman’s retirement in fall 2024.
